Job summary

WWRC, established in 1980, is a leading provider of chemical solutions across plastics, coatings, rubber and related sectors in Asia. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive (Plastic / Construction) to drive growth, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.

You will identify opportunities, prospect and follow up with customers, negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery, and provide pre- and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of sales experience in plastics, construction materials, chemicals, manufacturing, trading, or a related industry.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Klang Valley and to outstation locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up on potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities to generate leads.
