Job summary

Upscale is seeking an Executive - Sales [Preferred Japanese Speaking] in Subang Jaya to support market development and strengthen customer relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Marketing or Business, with at least 3 years in the food industry or F&B. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential, and candidates must be able to travel locally and abroad; own transport is preferred. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities.

EXECUTIVE -SALES [PREFERRED JAPANESE SPEAKING]

Working location:Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

• To assists Sales Manager in developing new market and maintaining existing customer
• Executing marketing strategies and activities for sales growth and new product-business development
• Create new customers and manage existing customers account
• Meeting customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service including technical sales function, handling and follow up enquiries, preparation of quotation, payment monitoring etc
• Analyze market development and provide timely market information for sales planning purpose
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to ensure objective are met
• Take initiative to search for more potential prospects
• To meet sales target

Requirements:-

• Candidates must process at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Marketing / Business studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in food industry / F&B
• Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English speakers
• Matured personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Those with experience in handling Japanese Food to F&B industry and actual exposure to food manufacturing operation will be added advantage.
• Good in organizing own schedule to meet deadline and sales target
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application
• Willing to travel locally and abroad
• Possess own transport
