Job summary

Atlas Copco (Thailand) Limited in East Malaysia seeks a Sales Engineer to generate leads, meet sales targets, present products, and negotiate contracts with clients.

You will maintain client records in Salesforce, visit customers, expand market share in East Malaysia, and collaborate with service teams to ensure delivery and after-sales support.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–3 years of relevant sales engineer experience are required; knowledge of industrial compressors is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience as a sales engineer focusing equipment rental or aftermarket service.
• Strong customer relationship building and hunting for new customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and meet sales goals.
• Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce for reporting and quotations.
• Collaborate with service team and customers to ensure equipment inspection and maintenance during lease periods.
• Respond to customer inquiries and emergencies related to rental services.
