Job summary

Legrand Group Brands (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales Admin Executive to join the Balakong, Selangor team. This full-time role supports the Head of Sales with administration, customer coordination, sales reporting and day-to-day commercial support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating data, arranging meetings, travel, and preparing sales materials to support market knowledge and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 4 years of administrative or secretarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Sales with administration, coordination and reporting.
• Handle sales-related correspondence and customer communications.
• Maintain product data, prices and information in company systems.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, events and tender materials.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance.
