Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Business Risk Partner for Core Functions to strengthen enterprise and operational risk oversight. You will partner with core business functions, advise on risk, and contribute to a stronger risk culture across HR, Legal, Internal Audit and Finance.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant experience in risk, governance or compliance. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, governance, compliance or internal control.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with, advising or providing independent oversight to corporate and control functions (HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance).
• Experience in financial services, fintech or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with core functions to provide trusted second-line challenge.
• Build and foster relationships with Senior Management, Business Owners and risk practitioners.
• Embed ERM framework into Swift’s operations and improve risk culture.
• Provide clear, proportionate risk assessments and insights to executives and governance bodies.
• Translate risk findings into actionable guidance for decision-makers.
