Job summary

Swift seeks a security-focused professional to partner with Agile and DevSecOps teams, securing applications from design through deployment. You will define and enforce security requirements across cloud native stacks, containers, and orchestrators while guiding secure coding, testing, and vulnerability management.

Role emphasizes risk analysis, threat modelling, and embedding security practices in the software delivery lifecycle, with a focus on continuous improvement and security culture.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of application security and security architecture.
• Experience defining security requirements based on business needs, classification, threats, and risks.
• Expertise in secure coding, security testing practices, tools, and vulnerability management (OWASP Top10, SAST, DAST, SCA, API testing, and container vulnerability management).
• Risk assessment experience with ability to design mitigations.
• Solid grasp of Agile and DevSecOps principles and integration into workflows.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Team-player with proactive and accountable mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to Agile and DevSecOps teams to secure apps from design to deployment.
• Provide security requirements aligned with policies for cloud native, containers, and orchestrators.
• Offer security technical assistance during software design, development, and operations.
• Maintain and update security standards and guidelines.
• Manage and promote use of security tools in the development pipeline and operations.
• Research, assess, and recommend remedial actions for new threats and alerts.
• Design and implement capabilities to improve security across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes and innovative approaches.
• Promote a strong security culture and coach team members.
