Zusammenfassung

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) seeks an experienced risk management professional to implement and continuously improve the organisation's risk framework. You will work across RSPO’s global teams to assess risks, design controls, and monitor risk exposure while promoting risk awareness throughout the Secretariat.

Candidates should have a minimum of seven years in risk management, strong knowledge of ISO 31000, and a practical, collaborative approach.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in risk management, legal, business or equivalent; Master degree advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management or related role.
• Proficiency in ISO 31000 risk management and related techniques.
• Experience reviewing, developing, assessing and documenting internal processes, controls and templates.
• Practical and commercial approach to problem solving.
• Working knowledge of environmental and/or social issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Lead and implement RSPO risk management processes and measurement.
• Identify, describe and estimate risks; assess levels the organisation is willing to take.
• Develop monitoring and reporting frameworks for senior management and department heads.
• Review policies and controls; propose improvements to risk policy and systems.
• Build risk awareness through staff training and support across levels.
• Manage RSPO risk profiles within the ERM framework and ensure alignment with org objectives.
• Conduct due diligence on potential RSPO members and monitor risk ratings.
• Undertake risk assessments of public-domain allegations against RSPO members.
• Oversee quality of external Risk Unit communications, newsletters, trackers and portal.
