Job summary

RSPO is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting & Compliance in Kuala Lumpur to lead the preparation of financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and strengthen internal controls. You will work with auditors and internal stakeholders to uphold reporting quality.

The role requires extensive experience in financial reporting and governance, with a track record of managing teams and delivering timely, accurate disclosures within a global non-profit context.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting and finance with professional qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manage external and internal audits relating to financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance over reporting processes.
• Lead the Financial Reporting & Compliance team and develop staff.
