Job summary

KEYFIELD OFFSHORE SDN. BHD. seeks a Risk & Compliance Senior Executive (GRC) to help design, implement and maintain a GRC framework (ERM & Sustainability) aligned with company objectives and applicable laws and standards.

You will assist in policies, internal controls, risk assessments, and reporting dashboards, coordinating with auditors and regulators to ensure timely compliance and governance. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience; professional certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA or CRM would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in internal audit, financial audit, risk management, or a combination thereof.
• Good knowledge of internal control and corporate governance requirements for Malaysian-listed companies.
• Analytical and collaboration skills; ability to identify risks and support assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining a GRC framework including ERM and Sustainability.
• Assist in development, review, and enforcement of policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Assist in coordinating with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in risk assessments and control evaluations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing GRC & Sustainability reports and dashboards for management.
