Job summary

FFM Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive, Risk & Governance to lead Enterprise Risk Management across the GSC Group, organize half-yearly ERM workshops, identify emerging risks, and report to Management. The role covers BCM, OSHA, and governance support.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; 3 years' ERM/governance experience; ISO 31000 knowledge is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• 3 years' solid experience in enterprise risk management framework or governance.
• Working knowledge of ISO 31000 standards will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize half-yearly ERM workshops with GSC departments & subsidiaries.
• Identify emerging risks & incidents and escalate to Management.
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and compile regular ERM reports for internal and group-level stakeholders.
• Assist in rolling out BCM programs across the GSC Group (CSM/BCM).
• Support OSHA committee meetings and ensure HQ compliance with Malaysian OSHA regulations.
• Contribute to risk culture-building and governance initiatives.
