Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad seeks an experienced Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the ERM function across the organisation and subsidiaries. You will partner with the Board and senior management to embed a strong risk culture and ensure governance, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 15+ years in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Governance, Compliance, or related assurance functions.
• Experience engaging with Boards and senior management on risk and governance matters.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, CRMA, CISA, ISO31000 Lead Risk Manager or equivalent are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework across multiple units and subsidiaries.
• Provide risk insights and quarterly reporting to the Board and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain the Group Risk Appetite Statement, KRIs and risk assessment methodologies.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments, risk workshops and divisional profiling.
• Oversee emerging risks including cybersecurity, AI, ESG, geopolitical and regulatory developments.
• Promote an integrated Three Lines of Defence model with Internal Audit, Compliance and Legal.
• Monitor risk treatment plans and ensure timely mitigation of key risks.
• Drive enhancement of risk governance practices, reporting frameworks and tools.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through stakeholder engagement, training and capability-building.
• Lead and develop the risk management team with high performance and collaboration.
