Job summary

FWD Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced risk leader to drive strategic risk management across the enterprise. The role focuses on aligning risk frameworks with regulatory requirements and leading programs for RCSA, KRI, and privacy impact assessments.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders and regulators will be essential. The candidate should have extensive ERM expertise, strong governance experience, and a track record of mentoring teams while promoting a culture of proactive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Risk Management with actuarial papers from SOA or equivalent; a qualified actuary is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (BNM) and enterprise risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks aligned with Group and regulatory requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk programs including RCSA, KRI, ICP risk incident management, and privacy impact assessments.
• Provide independent review on product, investment, and capital risk and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
