United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a MGR (Sr Exec), Inward Remittance Officer to be based onsite in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves data entry or approval of payment instructions, transaction screening, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will prepare reports, liaise with partners, and drive process improvements using EUC and automation tools. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, 5+ years in a financial institution, strong English

Formación

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years in a financial institution, branch operations or payment centre.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
Team player, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of BNM policies (FX, ESS, Rentas/MYR Settlement) and AML/CFT guidelines.

Responsabilidades

Perform data entry and/or approval of payment instructions, as well as transaction screening.
Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with business partners and communicate via email or telephone to ensure task completion.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including mandatory training.
