Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably branch operations or payment centre.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Conversant in English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player, self-motivated and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and/or approval of payment instructions and transaction screening.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with business partners via email or telephone to ensure task completion.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including mandatory training.
• Utilise EUC and automation tools to support process improvements.
