Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within banking/financial services, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the Malaysian financial sector.
• Professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other local dialects are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and provide financial advice and solutions across banking products, investments, and wealth management.
• Proactively engage clients to understand goals and risk profiles, offering suitable UOB products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with objectives and market conditions.
• Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
