Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in relationship management within banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of banking products, investments and wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and provide financial advice and solutions across banking products, investments and wealth management.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and risk profiles, offering suitable UOB products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for deposits, loans, investments and insurance.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and present financial proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
