United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking an AVP, Relationship Manager for Corporate Wealth Management in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive corporate wealth solutions, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored deposits, cash management, and investment advisory services.

The role requires a proven track record in corporate wealth management sales, strong knowledge of financial markets, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated success in a corporate/commercial wealth management sales background.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, foreign exchange policy and economic environments.
• University degree in a related area.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation and networking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Highly developed client service and sales skills as well as time management.
• Understand management strategy and ensure adherence of team’s game plan towards the same
• Positive attitude and personality.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell deposits, cash and trade management solutions and Global Markets products to Commercial Banking clients.
• Collaborate with borrowing team to grow deposits and organize events to drive growth.
• Build and deepen customer loyalty and satisfaction and set a high standard of sales practices and investment advice.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and advisory/sales processes.
• Identify market opportunities and implement sales programs to achieve targets.
• Grow the portfolio through new client acquisition and cross-sell of appropriate products.
• Maintain full accountability for all customer relationships under management and KYC.
• Exercise sound business judgement to safeguard the bank and clients’ interests.
• Adhere to bank policies and guidelines on staff behavior, sales, products and marketing.
