Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to manage telecommunications and energy regulatory and compliance matters across Malaysia and selected international markets. You will oversee licensing, compliance programs, audits, cross-border connectivity, and policy advocacy with regulators and government authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in regulatory policy for telecoms or energy.
• Ability to research and prepare clear presentations and policy memos.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance across Malaysia and selected international markets.
• Advise on regulatory obligations, licensing, audits and reporting requirements.
• Develop policy advocacy plans and engage with regulators and government authorities.
• Coordinate licensing, registrations, approvals and cross-border regulatory approvals.
• Prepare management papers and briefing materials for regulatory decisions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on group strategy.
