Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, or legal outsourcing environment.
• Strong experience advising on regulatory compliance and corporate legal matters.
• Experience with global telecommunications regulations is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and compliance support to Accenture Corporate Functions and business teams.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, ethics, anti-corruption, data privacy, intellectual property, competition law, and corporate governance.
• Support global telecommunications regulatory compliance, licensing, and authorization processes.
• Monitor emerging regulatory developments and assess their business impact.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Security, Technology, Procurement, HR, and Workplace Solutions.
• Develop and deliver legal and compliance training.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
