Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to be based in Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang, on-site with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH). You will lead end-to-end recruitment, act as an SME on ATS, and drive sourcing strategies across priority business areas.

The role requires extensive recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will work in a global organisation to deliver high-impact talent acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment, RPO or internal with a global organisation.
• Experience hiring for Direct Labour (Blue Collar) roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for multiple key business areas.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers and develop strategies for quality output.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
• Utilise direct sourcing tools to build quality candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and support service delivery targets.
• Provide market condition and salary benchmark information to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain high data integrity in reporting and metrics.
