Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter (IDL & DL) based in Batu Kawan Industrial Park to join our RPO team on a hybrid basis. You will own end-to-end recruitment, focusing on DL/IDL roles, direct sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, familiarity with ATS, and data-driven recruiting to build diverse candidate pipelines and high-performance teams for a global client.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation.
• Prior experience in hiring for Direct Labour (DL) & Indirect Labour (IDL) roles in Malaysia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for key business areas with a focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers and develop strategies for successful output.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
