The ideal candidate has extensive RPO or global-company experience and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communications, with a focus on blue-collar hiring and process innovation in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment, either RPO or internal in a global organisation.
• Experience hiring Direct Labour (Blue Collar) roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; IT literate.
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on process improvements.
• Experience developing sourcing methods and using an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for key business areas with direct sourcing focus.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers; create output strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilise sourcing tools to build quality candidate pipelines and talent pools.
• Promote recruitment best practices and meet service targets.
• Provide market conditions, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability data to managers.
• Maintain data integrity in reporting and analytics.
