Job summary

Korn Ferry in Penang is seeking a Client Services Manager (Recruitment) to lead a regional RPO delivery. Based at Batu Kawan Industrial Park, you will manage a 9-member recruiting team, drive end-to-end processes and ensure SLA-driven performance for a global semiconductor client.

The role requires 10+ years in recruiting, strong metrics, and excellent English communication. The position is permanent with a 4-days onsite, 1-day WFH arrangement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting with experience managing a recruiting team of 9.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with SLAs/SOW related to the business.
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for the client and ensure SLA adherence.
• Build knowledge of the client's business, objectives, and stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and value-added insights for client reviews.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment delivery team.
