Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter to join our RPO team in Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur, working onsite with a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and source top talent for Manufacturing, Engineering and Corporate Functions.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, will contribute to delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering)
• Prior experience hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering and Corporate Functions is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Global Engineering Company that delivers advanced solutions across Aerospace, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors is looking for a Recruiter to be based in Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur to work onsite (hybrid). This role requires a close partnership with stakeholders and optimizing client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, whilst becoming an expert in the market and helping guide our clients through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for thefullrecruitment processcycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
• Build strong partnershipswith the business area you supportand candidatesto drive clientand candidatesatisfaction
• Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist
• Utilizeall available direct sourcing toolsand technologyto ensure a quality candidateshortlist/pipeline
• Communicateeffectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks

Professional Experience

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
• Prior experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering and Corporate Functions would be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder managementskillsand the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within anorganisation
• Strongorganisationskills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment processi.e.interview scheduling and sourcing
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Expert in sourcing, screening,interviewing,and hiring techniques
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
• Must have good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite (Bangsar South City) and 2 days WFH
