Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, job scope, competency requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical positions across various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, career fairs, professional networks, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and face-to-face interviews, and provide assessments and recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Provide guidance on candidate availability, salary expectations, market trends, notice periods, and recruitment challenges.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure recruitment activities meet timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate and manage interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Lead offer management and salary negotiation, ensuring alignment with salary structures and policies.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners, monitor performance and sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, interview evaluations, hiring documentation, and reports.
• Monitor Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and cost.

• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on candidate availability, salary expectations, market trends, notice periods, and recruitment challenges.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate and manage interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Lead offer management and salary negotiation with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with internal salary structures and company policies.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners, including candidate sourcing, submission quality, recruitment performance, and service effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment agency performance and recommend suitable sourcing channels based on hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers, interview evaluations, hiring documentation, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline, and recruitment cost.
