Job summary

EMART24 HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Executive- Research & Development (Fresh Food/Ready To Eat) to drive new product development using internal and external resources, and to lead weekly product evaluations and sensory testing.

You will assist in SOP preparation, product training, and evaluations, initiate new recipes, test samples, and provide input on taste, texture, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor of Food Science & Nutrition, or Diploma/Bachelor of Food Technology, or Diploma/Bachelor of Food Service, or Diploma/Bachelor of Culinary Arts, or Food related Studies, or knowledge in Mixology/ Barista.
• Knowledge in GMP & HACCP.
• Have at least 2 years' experience in the similar field / scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new products via internal resources or external support for new product development.
• Conduct weekly product evaluation via appointed panel & conduct general survey.
• Assist in Preparing SOP, Product Training, and product evaluations.
• Initiate new recipes, cooking samples for testing, enhancing current products, and providing input to taste, texture, and packaging of food products.
• Assist in New Product development and first production quality assessment at internal or external food production facilities.
• Conduct consumer testing, observing market trends, and identifying recipes and conduct market price analysis.
• Record learning on flavor, portion, and pricing from consumer’s feedback and preparing reports.
• Implementation of Food Safety and supplier audits.
