BINA KEMUNCAK CEMERLANG SDN BHD on Penang Island seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years in factories, warehouses, or civil infra projects. You will read BQ and drawings to perform quantity take-offs, and prepare tender submissions for industrial works.

Join a stable team focusing on long-term career growth. You will coordinate with PMs, site engineers, clients, and subcontractors while managing budgets and VO.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Read BQ, drawings and specs to do accurate quantity take-offs.
• Prepare tender submissions and quotations for factory, warehouse, and infra projects.
• Source, check, and negotiate prices with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Track project budgets, payment claims and Variation Orders (VO).
• Prepare progress claims, payment certificates and final accounts.
• Look for cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, and Sub-contractors.
• Visit job sites to measure and verify completed work.
