Job summary

Fuku is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for on-site work in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on infrastructure and data centre projects. The role requires 4–5 years of experience and strong cost control, measurements, and contract administration.

You will prepare take-offs, monitor budgets, support procurement, and coordinate with site teams and consultants to ensure timely, accurate valuations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably site-based.
• Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work on site.
