Job summary

N.I. Interior Design & Furniture Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities, including final accounts and risk assessment.

The role requires evaluating claims, preparing tenders with cost analysis, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors across renovation projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, possess 6–10 years’ renovation experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills to work

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and to demonstrate maturity in handling different levels of individuals within the organization and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation and pre/post contract management including preparation of final accounts.
• Verify claims and recommendations for payments to contractors, subcontractors, and nominated subcontractors.
• Manage tender operation set-up, schedules and deliverables.
