Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This full-time role manages contracts, costs, and financial aspects of construction projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to high standards.

You will prepare cost estimates and tender documents, monitor budgets, process claims, and negotiate terms with contractors. The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least five years of experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong technical and analytical skills for financial data and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with clients and contractors.
• Familiarity with estimating and cost management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender docs.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure costs stay within allocations.
• Analyze contractor claims, variations, and change orders with documentation.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts for projects.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
