Job summary

Hartamas Real Estate Group is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team for office interior fit-out and design & build projects from tender to completion. You will manage project costs, prepare quotations and support commercial aspects across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong MS Excel/Office skills. You will work independently within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in office interior fit-out / design & build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates & project costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with a collaborative working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off, measurement & preparation of BOQ
• Source quotations & liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare project cost comparison & cost analysis
• Monitor project budgets, variations & overall project costs
• Prepare variation orders & final accounts
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors & project teams
