Job summary

Citaglobal Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contracts Executive to lead cost management and contract administration on major projects in Civil Engineering & Construction. You will source prices, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and final accounts, and ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and approvals.

You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients, handle variations, EOTs, and payment certifications, and support pre-contract

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in construction.
Experience in contractor/consultant environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Source quotations/prices from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate to secure best price within budgeted cost.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and built-up rates as required.
Prepare commercial pricing and technical documentation for tender submissions.
Check and verify subcontractors’/suppliers’ payments certification and track status.
Prepare final account submissions with supporting documents.
Manage progress claims and payment certificates with clients and subcontractors.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients on contractual obligations and entitlements.
Assist on pre-contract tendering and value engineering tasks.
