Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in a QS consultancy to support tender documentation, BQ preparation, monthly valuation, IPC recommendations, and financial statements.

You will compile invoices for SST, monitor materials, assist in tender proposals, and coordinate with client representatives and supervisors. A site allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience with a QS consultant firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender documents and BQ preparation, tender evaluation, monthly valuation, IPC recommendations, financial statements, VO processing.
• Attend meetings, prepare estimates and tender documents.
• Compile invoices for SST purposes.
• Control and monitor accessories/materials for projects.
• Assist in tender BQ, submittals and proposals.
• Other related duties as assigned by client representatives, supervisor and director.
