Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our projects in Selangor. The role requires a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related field and 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.

You will perform quantity measurement and valuation of work, handle purchasing and procurement, attend site meetings, liaise with consultants, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Attend project/site meetings and liaise with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity measurement and valuation of work done (VO).
• Handle purchasing and procurement activities.
• Attend project/site meetings.
• Liaise with consultants on project-related matters.
