Qualifications

  • Degree In Quantity Surveyor and having construction management experiences.
  • Minimum 5-10 yrs of experience working with contractor.

  • Strong knowledge of cost planning, cost control, contract administration, and final account management.
  • Proficient in quantity take-off, budgeting, tendering, and commercial management.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Assist In Preparing BQ
  • Measure Work Done on Site and Verify Subcontractor Claims
  • Prepare Progress Claims & Payment Certs
  • Monitor Project Cost & Budgets
  • Assist In V.O Evaluation and Costing
  • Prepare Final Accounts for Projects
  • Source suppliers and subcontractors
  • Request and evaluate quotations
  • Prepare comparison report for management approval
  • Issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
  • Coordinate with site and project teams regarding procurement requirements
  • Maintain procurement records and supplier database
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and contract documents
  • Review contract terms and conditions
  • Monitor compliance with contractual requirements
  • Manage correspondence related to contracts
  • Assist in claims preparation and dispute resolution
  • Track contract milestone, EOT, and variations
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
