Hitachi Energy Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality & Continuous Improvement leader to drive excellence across the local operating unit. You will lead the QMS, deploy CI initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Significant experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement within industrial, power, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, certification processes, and Quality Management Systems.
• Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
