Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Significant experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement in industrial/power/energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, certification processes, and Quality Management Systems
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional continuous improvement with measurable results
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership in complex industrial/engineering environments
• Experience in power/electrical/transmission/energy industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the local operating unit's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve operational performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies across the organization.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and sustainable improvements.
• Support customer audits, certification audits, and internal quality assessments.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to stakeholders on best practices in quality and process improvement.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to align quality strategies and drive business objectives.
