Job summary

Hitachi Energy Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Quality & Continuous Improvement leader to drive excellence across the local operating unit. You will be responsible for leading the Quality Management System, driving operational excellence initiatives, ensuring ISO compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.
• Significant experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement within industrial, power, energy, electrical, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, certification processes, and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the local operating unit's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies across the organization.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions.
