Job summary

Bermaz Auto is seeking an Executive, QMS to support the QMS portfolio within the assigned scope. The role ensures consistent delivery, reliable records, stakeholder alignment, and continual improvement across processes and systems.

You will execute governance controls, coordinate audits, training, and cross-functional improvement initiatives, with strong emphasis on data integrity and compliance to ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with exposure to QMS responsibilities and governance.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate QMS roadmap, policies and governance controls.
• Execute and coordinate SOPs, work instructions, and controlled records.
• Execute and coordinate departmental quality objectives and process indicators.
• Execute and coordinate risk-based audit programme and auditor assignments.
• Execute and coordinate certification and surveillance audit readiness.
• Execute and coordinate nonconformity registration and containment.
• Execute and coordinate risk and opportunity identification and reviews.
• Execute and coordinate management-review planning and inputs.
• Execute and coordinate QMS induction, awareness and role-based training.
• Execute and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
