Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience with exposure to key accountabilities at higher levels.
• Preferred: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certification.
• Analytical thinking, planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving.
• Familiar with QMS principles, governance, data and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate QMS roadmap, policies and governance controls.
• Coordinate SOPs, work instructions, forms and controlled records.
• Coordinate departmental quality objectives and process indicators.
• Coordinate risk-based audit programme and auditor assignments.
• Coordinate certification and surveillance audit readiness.
• Coordinate nonconformity registration and containment.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity identification and reviews.
• Coordinate management-review planning and required inputs.
• Coordinate QMS induction, awareness and role-based training.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
