Job summary

AIMFLEX BERHAD is seeking a Quality System Executive to drive the ongoing implementation and improvement of the QMS and EMS. The role collaborates across the organisation to coordinate audits, enhance documentation, and support risk management and sustainability reporting.

Reporting to the Assistant Quality System Manager / Quality System Manager, you will help maintain document control, drive CSER initiatives, and assist with NDA processes and training on key procedures.

Qualifications

• This role supports QMS and EMS implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is required.
• Strong documentation, audit, and corrective action skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and certification activities of QMS and EMS.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and follow up on non-conformities.
• Identify improvements to quality and environmental management systems and processes.
• Maintain document control and related systems managed by the team.
• Support risk management and sustainability reporting activities.
• Assist in CSER programs and employee training on procedures.
• Coordinate NDA documentation and support the Quality System team as required.
