Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management (or equivalent).
• 6–8 years hands‑on experience in a QMS/Quality Systems role within EMS/CM environments handling PCBA and Cable/Wire Harness manufacture.
• Direct experience auditing against ISO 9001, AS9100, TL 9000, NADCAP AC7120/AC7121.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system-wide compliance for ISO 9001, AS9100, TL 9000, and NADCAP.
• Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and CAPA, ensuring containment and preventive measures.
• Prepare, respond to, and host NADCAP/PRI and registrar audits; act as site lead during audits.
• Plan and execute internal quality audits (IQA) and process audits; represent plant during certifications.
