in Penang seeks a seasoned Quality professional to lead outgoing QC, inspections, and final buy-off to ensure assemblies meet specifications. You will drive 8D, RCCA, NCR, and CAPA activities, perform regular process audits, and support PFMEA, SPC, and OCAP initiatives while collaborating across Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality to address escalations and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, 8D/RCCA, NCR, CAPA, MRB, process audits, SPC, and OCAP.
• Solid understanding of Copy Exact principles and effective root cause investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outgoing quality control, visual inspections, and final product buy-off to ensure specifications are met.
• Lead 8D, RCCA, NCR, and CAPA activities to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct process audits, including Lam POR self-audits, to ensure compliance with processes and quality standards.
• Support PFMEA, SPC, and OCAP to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality to resolve escalations and support ISO 9001 audits.
