Job summary

Celestica is seeking a senior Global Supplier Quality professional to lead QMS development and audits in Malaysia. You will drive global quality processes, coordinate audits, and support NPIs with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive actions. Strong collaboration with SQEs and leadership is required.

The role demands deep knowledge of ISO standards, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and GD&T, with travel up to 75%. A Bachelor's degree and 9+ years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; geography may vary.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred; strong audit experience essential.
• Minimum 9 years in manufacturing engineering, quality or supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75%.

Responsibilities

• Global QMS management: develop and maintain QMS documents and processes.
• Audit program oversight: coordinate global audits and risk-based plans.
• Auditor roster management: maintain qualified auditor register.
• Site support & performance tracking: assist SQEs and track KPIs.
• NPI: quality planning during product launches and transitions.
• Audit execution & selection: perform supplier qualification audits.
• Performance metrics & analytics: report supplier KPIs and trends.
• Issue resolution: drive SQIP and corrective actions with root cause analysis.
• Process standardization: improve global supplier quality processes.
• Supplier enablement: educate suppliers on quality methods and tools.
