• Min 5 years of technical engineering experience and leadership managing

Responsibilities

• Lead and problem solve to ensure QA standards across production cells.
• Supervise QA team performance and provide guidance to achieve high-quality output.
• Monitor assembly, test, and inspection processes to meet group goals.
• Compile data and generate reports on cell performance for management.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
