EPRO Precision Engineering SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior QC Inspector (CNC Machining) in Klang to uphold the highest quality standards across CNC operations. You will inspect precision components, document results, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires advanced metrology skills, GD&T knowledge, and leadership of junior inspectors to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QC inspection in CNC machining.
• Advanced metrology skills with CMM and gauges.
• Strong GD&T and ISO 9001/AS9100 experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform precision inspections of CNC components against drawings.
• Record results and generate inspection reports with non-conformances.
• Lead corrective actions with production teams.
• Maintain calibration and audit batches with SPC analysis.
