Job summary

Mixxion Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a careful QC Technician to join our quality team. You will inspect machined parts against drawings, record results, and support NCRs and corrective actions.

You should have a Diploma/Certificate in mechanical engineering or related field, 1–3 years in QC or CNC/precision engineering, and be able to read drawings and GD&T. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma/certificate in a technical field related to mechanical engineering or quality assurance.
• 1–3 years of QC inspection experience in CNC machining or precision engineering is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
• Basic understanding of GD&T is a plus.
• Familiarity with dimensional measurement and inspection practices.
• Careful, responsible and detail-oriented team player.
• Willingness to learn in a CNC machining/precision engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of machined parts.
• Measure and verify dimensions according to drawings, tolerances and inspection requirements.
• Carry out inspections using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Record inspection results accurately and prepare inspection reports.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts and deviations to the Quality Engineer.
• Ensure inspections follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of inspected parts and quality records.
• Support the Quality Engineer in handling NCRs and customer quality requirements.
• Ensure measuring equipment is handled properly and report any issues.
