Mixxion Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Kedah, Malaysia, seeks a proactive Process Quality Engineer to ensure machined components meet drawings, specs and quality requirements while driving process improvements.

The role requires a background in CNC machining or precision engineering, hands-on inspection, FAI/OQC, 8D, NCR, and ISO 9001 QMS knowledge; you will lead root-cause analyses and support internal and external audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering / QA/QC in CNC machining or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
• Experience in FAI, OQC, 8D, NCR and root-cause analysis.
• Able to establish inspection methods and guide personnel on inspection practices.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure incoming, in-process and final inspections follow drawings and customer requirements.
• Prepare, review and approve FAI, OQC and other quality documentation.
• Record, complete and traceable inspection results.
• Establish inspection methods, checklists and sampling criteria.
• Guide personnel on proper use of measuring equipment for accurate measurements.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root-cause analysis and 8D reports.
• Manage NCRs and follow up on CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures in line with ISO 9001.
• Drive process optimisation to improve material and production flow.
• Support internal/external audits and collaborate with other departments.
