Job summary

Monoluxury Sdn Bhd in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, is seeking a Senior QA/QC Executive to oversee quality systems at the packhouse and farms. The role ensures adherence to food safety standards, leads HACCP/GMP/MyGAP initiatives, and reports quality findings to the Food Safety Manager (HQ).

The candidate should have strong communication, attention to detail and at least 3 years in food QA/QC, with willingness to work on site in Cameron Highlands.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of quality management experience in food industry, packing house, or farming.
• Malaysian citizen responsible for halal compliance.
• Preferably with basic QA/QC and/or Production knowledge.
• Understand food safety, quality management, GMP and Halal requirements.
• Knowledge of QC for goods receiving.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Halal System Management and Quality standards.
• Willing to work in Cameron Highlands, Pahang.

Responsibilities

• Write, implement, review and maintain SOPs, policies and other QA/Food Safety documentation.
• Perform receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials on FIFO basis.
• Evaluate and qualify new producers from suppliers not in the Approved Suppliers List.
• Conduct quality checks for products packed by the packhouse team.
• Ensure FIFO practices for warehousing and finished goods.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports through data reviews and audits.
• Involve in implementing and verifying Food Safety/HACCP/GMP/MyGAP within the company.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Liaise with government/certification bodies on operational matters at the packhouse.
• Address non-conformances and ensure timely recertification.
• Support Food Safety Manager with customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality projects at the packhouse.
• Deliver training on quality topics to packhouse workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a QA/QC Executive, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the quality standards are met with optimal quality at our packhouse & farms. He/She will be overseeing the implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management System and reporting findings to Food Safety Manager (HQ).

The candidate should possess good communication skills with the ability to pay a close eye for detail. He/She should maintain safety conditions and passionate for doing work that makes things move forward.

Job Descriptions

• Write, implement, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and other documentation for QA/Food Safety activities.
• Perform receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials on FIFO basic.
• To evaluate and qualifying new produces from suppliers not in the Approved Suppliers List.

• Perform check and balance for implementation of FIFO practices for goods in warehouse and finished goods.

• To reply the non-conformance (NC) and ensure the recertification been done in timely manner.
• To support the Food Safety Manager with hosting customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• To drive continuous improvement and quality projects at packhouse.
• Assist to maintain and deliver training in quality related topics to packhouse workers including food safety training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
