CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Lead QA & Test Automation Engineer to drive quality across SDLC/ STLC and champion automation-first testing. You will lead QA teams, establish enterprise automation standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable cloud and on-premise solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, testing strategy, and continuous improvement, with exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern testing practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Software QA, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years leading QA teams.
• Experience across SDLC and STLC including test strategy, planning, and closure.
• Experience with web, mobile, API, cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end STLC activities, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect management, and test closure.
• Define testing strategies, plans, scenarios, test cases, and release readiness criteria.
• Manage testing scope, resources, environments, risks, and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure test artefacts, evidence, and traceability documentation are maintained.
• Define and maintain QA strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Drive a quality-first culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Provide testing guidance, risk assessments, and release recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop QA Engineers and Test Analysts.
